Jalsah: The Journal of Al-Quran and As-sunnah Studies are proud to present a collection of insightful articles that reflect the diverse voices and innovative research from some scholars. In this edition (Volume 5, Number 2, 2024), we have chosen and sorted out five best articles, including: (1) "Reception of Ayat Kursi in Khazinah Al-Asrar: An Analysis of Transmission and Transformation" article by Fastabiqul Ilmi, a Student of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. (2) "The Modify Function of Sholawat Assemblies as a Lifestyle: A Study of the Azzahir Sholawat Assembly in Pekalongan" by Alwi, a Student of Ma’had Aly Krapyak Yogyakarta. (3) "Intertextual Analysis of Sufaha’ in Q.S. al-Baqarah [2]:13: A Study of Wahbah az-Zuhaili and az-Zamakhshari’s Interpretation", research by Pramana, alumnus IAIN Palangkaraya. (4) "Feminist Hermeneutics: A Comparative Analysis of Amina Wadud and Elisabeth Schüssler Fiorenza's Thought" by Azzahra, an activists at Rumah Genderthe in Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Thought, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. (5) "Hasan Al-Saqaf's Critique of Nashiruddin Al-Albani: A Study of the Book Tanaqudhat Al-Albani Al-Wadhihat" by Putriani et al., a collaborative research between Students of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, State Islamic Institute of Pontianak, and the University of Jordan.
